  • Whenever we are looking for housing we ask ourselves “what could I buy if I had double the budget? And triple? ”. But now totally letting our fantasy fly… what if we had an unlimited budget? In order not to stop dreaming, we have compiled the most expensive homes that are currently in the Spanish market. The list has two clear protagonists: the Costa del Sol and the island of Mallorca, although properties have also crept in in Alicante, Pontevedra and Córdoba.

The Cullinan villa in Benahavís (Malaga), measuring more than 3,000 square meters on a 10,000-square-meter estate, is the most expensive property for sale in Spain, followed by other properties on the Costa del Sol and the island of Mallorca, as well as in Alicante, Pontevedra and Córdoba.

This is how it appears on the list of the ten most expensive homes currently on the Spanish market, made by idealista, which places the town of Benahavís, within the exclusive urbanization of La Zagaleta, as the most exclusive home in the country.
